We want to enhance and support client productivity and stakeholder revenue goals. Customized software for the banking, finance and construction sectors were early industries Fizen™ entered, and growth into new verticals continues today.

Ikwo is a technology operations executive with 20 years’ experience building sales teams, helping SaaS companies plan strategically, and garnering appreciation in the marketplace to achieve sustainable growth. His technical skillset includes customer onboarding, software implementation, mobile experience, and CRM optimization.

Dr. Jared Knisley, Founder and Managing Principal

Jared has a deep background in Information Technology service delivery. Over the course of his career he has traveled the globe performing system implementations and support. Jared has worked on a variety of complex global projects, and is well known for his ability to deliver outstanding results.

We are located in Tampa Florida, from which we coordinate and manage our Data Center, central IT Helpdesk, and dedicated employees and partners from all over the world.
