Fizen™ was among the sponsors of the Bridging Generations Breakfast, an inspirational fundraiser morning hosted by Seniors in Service Tampa Bay. The event featured guest speaker Dr. Bill Haley and brought together community leaders to support the mission to provide solutions to community challenges by engaging volunteers aged 55+. The breakfast provided an opportunity for connection between generations while raising funds for an important cause.

This past holiday season, Fizen™ employees banded together to support Dawning Family Services‘ annual Toy Drive aimed at bringing joy to local families affected by homelessness in the Tampa Bay Area. Dawning Family Services does incredible work throughout the year, providing crucial assistance to those experiencing homelessness. Their toy drive initiative was particularly meaningful, allowing parents to choose gifts for their children, fostering a sense of empowerment and normalcy during challenging times. With enthusiastic participation from the Fizen team, a generous collection of toys, games, and other delightful gifts were gathered from the organization’s Amazon Wish List. The unwrapped presents will undoubtedly brighten the spirits of numerous children this Christmas, courtesy of Dawning Family Services’ compassionate efforts and the generosity of Fizen™’s employees.

Fizen, a leading technology company, proudly supported the vital work of Vincent House in May 2022 by donating $15,000 towards establishing a new tech room at their Hernando location. This generous contribution underscores Fizen’s commitment to empowering communities and fostering inclusivity.

Vincent House, a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding individuals in their journey of recovering from mental illness, has been a beacon of hope for countless adults grappling with mental health challenges. By embracing the innovative “clubhouse model,” Vincent House provides a holistic approach, offering comprehensive social, vocational, and emotional support to its members.

The new tech room, made possible by Fizen’s donation, will be a hub of learning and personal growth, equipping members with essential technological skills and resources crucial for thriving in today’s digital landscape. This initiative aligns seamlessly with Vincent House’s mission of empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

At Fizen, we’re proud to support our employees’ philanthropic endeavors. Recently, Julia Concolino ran the Pittsburgh 5K and Half Marathon, raising funds for The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Fizen donated to this worthy cause, which provides nutritious food to local families in need.

Additionally, Sean is gearing up for the Disney World Dopey Challenge in January—an impressive feat involving a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon. Fizen donated to Sean’s chosen charity, Sophie and Madigan’s Playground. This organization honors two young sisters by building playgrounds and creating opportunities for families to make cherished memories together.

At Fizen™, we proudly supported an initiative spearheaded by our Director of Marketing, Julia, to collect and donate hygienic products for women in need in the Pittsburgh area. Compelled by her passion for this cause, Julia chose to donate the collected items to the Woman’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, an organization whose mission aligns with our values of empowering and uplifting marginalized communities. Fizen™ contributed $125 to support Julia’s endeavor, enabling her to purchase essential hygienic products and make a tangible difference in the lives of women facing challenging circumstances.
