Role Overview

Fizen Technology is seeking a Business Development Representative to support and grow our B2B client base. This role is open to motivated interns and early-career professionals who are interested in consultative sales, professional services, and technology-driven solutions.

You will be involved across the business development lifecycle, including outreach, relationship building, proposal development, and client presentations, with guidance and collaboration from leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through outreach and professional networking
  • Conduct phone calls, email outreach, and follow-up with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Assist with and contribute to proposal creation and client presentations
  • Maintain activity, pipeline, and contact information using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client needs

Qualifications

  • Interest in business development, sales, consulting, or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with technology, IT services, cybersecurity, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Prior customer-facing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, or professional networking
  • Interest in consultative, relationship-driven B2B sales
